Order Cancellation & Refund

If an order is canceled within 2 days of placing the order, the customer is eligible for a 90% refund of the total order amount.

After 2 days, the order cannot be canceled unless stated otherwise by our support team.
Digital Mockup Approval

Once the digital mockup has been prepared and shared, the production process begins.

If the customer chooses to cancel the order after the digital mockup is ready, a 65% refund will be issued.

No full refund is applicable after mockup approval due to design and setup costs.
Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or defective, TheBluePackaging will issue a refund or replacement after verification.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, even in the case of damaged products.

Customers must report damaged items within 48 hours of delivery with clear images as proof.
Non-Refundable Items

Custom-printed and personalized packaging items are non-refundable once production has started, except in cases of manufacturing defects or damage.
Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days using the original payment method.
